Blended Collaborative Care for Heart Failure and Co-Morbid Depression

This randomized clinical trial of patients with heart failure and comorbid depression showed that telephone-delivered blended collaborative care improved health-related quality of life (mHRQOL) and mood more than usual care, and mood more than collaborative care for heart failure alone.
